GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION: The aforementioned general terms and conditions constitute an integral part of the holiday rental agreement between you and ISPA INTERIMMO, S.L., B-55321996.

CONTRACT AND PAYMENT TERMS: During peak season, the minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays.
During mid and low season, check-in and check-out are possible any day of the week, and the minimum stay is four nights.

To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount.

For payments by bank transfer, the transfer must be made to the bank account indicated on the booking form.

If the transfer is not received within one week, the company reserves the right to cancel the pre-reservation without prior notice.

INCLUDED SERVICES AND PRICES: Electricity, water, gas, community services, and initial cleaning are included.

Any excessive consumption will be charged separately from this charge and may be deducted from the security deposit.

EXTRAS (euros/week):
Pets: 36 euros / stay
Final cleaning: Price depends on the accommodation
Linen rental: 15 euros / person / stay
Towel rental: 8 euros / person / stay
Baby cot: 36 euros / stay

ACCOMMODATION OCCUPANCY / KEY COLLECTION:
Check-in times: From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check-out times: Between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Keys must be collected from our Roses or Empuriabrava offices.

Roses Address: INTERIMMO - Avenida de Rhodes, 187 – 17480 Roses.

Empuriabrava Address: INTERIMMO - Avenida de Europa - Edificio Bahia 3 - 17487 Empuriabrava.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, a penalty of 0% of the rental amount will be charged.

- If the cancellation occurs between 14 days and 4 weeks before the arrival date, a penalty of 30% of the rental amount will be charged. - If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 50% of the rental amount will be charged.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY: In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the company's control, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will provide the client with alternative accommodation of equal or superior quality at no refund. If the agency does not have alternative accommodation available, all amounts paid will be refunded. The client may not claim damages for any inconvenience caused.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon key collection, a security deposit must be paid by credit card. The deposit will be fully refunded provided there is no damage to the accommodation.
