The general conditions mentioned constitute an integral part of the tourist rental contract stipulated between you and ISPA INTER IMMO, S.L., B-55321996.

In high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights with arrival and departure on Saturday.
In mid and low season, the entrances and exits, in the accommodations, can be done any day of the week and the minimum stay will be four days.
To confirm your reservation, you must make a down payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
In the case of a transfer payment, the payment will be made by transfer to the current account indicated in the reservation form.
If the transfer is not received within a week, the company reserves the right to cancel the pre-reservation without prior notice.

Electricity, Water, Gas, Community Services and Initial Cleaning are included.
From October to March there will be an extra for heating not included in the price of 25 euros, per week in case of accommodation with 2 bedrooms, and 35 euros per week for two bedrooms.
Any unusual consumption will be charged apart from this extra and may be deducted from the deposit.

In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the date of entry, it will be penalized with 0% of the rental amount.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the date of entry, it will be penalized with 100% of the prepayment of the rental.
In case of no-show (NO SHOW), the client will lose 100% of the rental amount. There will be no PAYMENTS if the client withdraws before the end of their stay.

In the event that for unforeseen causes and not attributable to the company, the accommodation could not be occupied, the company will make available to the client another accommodation of the same or superior characteristics without reimbursement by any of the parties. In the event that the agency does not have an alternative accommodation, Inter Immo will refund the entire amount paid. The client may not request or claim damages for the inconvenience caused.

A deposit will be delivered at the reception of the accommodation. The deposit will be returned in full as long as no damage has been caused to the accommodation.
